Extremely popular with fans of Susie Watson, Kate Forman, Cabbages & Rose’s and Peony & Sage to name a few, the Frill Top header works extremely well with lightweight linens for a soft look or heavy velvets for a look of drama.  Personally I think the Frill Top is at it’s best when overlong and tumbles onto the floor and I prefer not to interline mine as I feel it bulks out the delicate pleats which make it so effective but it works equally well in blackout, thermal or cotton lining.  A stunningly beautiful curtain but one of the most reasonably priced as the pleats are not hand-made and you don’t need to pay for interlining to make it look amazing.
